Disaster recovery rates – US$
One dollar fifty per hour per workstation subject to
availability, bring your own headsets.
Additional hours or Overtimes
will be charged at one dollar fifty (US$1.50) per hour.

escalation clause of 10%

Essentially for outbound calls – for inbound calls we have to
compute new fees based on the broadband requirements which are
usually above 32Kbps per workstation.
- Training room rental
(minimum usage is 3 hours) good for 25 personnel – Php600
per hour for those with seats Php550 per hour (for the whole
lecture room). Inclusive of aircon and lights, whiteboard
and essentials, plus 16 kbps for one computer.
- Cancellation must be done
three days prior otherwise a minimum three hours usage will
be charged.
- Unlimited coffee and ice
tea is Php50/head per day.
- Projector rental Php200
per hour within the facility only.
