OFFICE STANDARDS AND

SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY:
What is the process
flow of the project?
-
Client
sends the project description with complete instructions for our
review and analysis, by email or using a secured FTP (file transfer
protocol) site, to be provided by ESI. We ask for samples (in cad
format) similar in nature and other standards to help us easily
understand your office standards.
-
We do an
estimate for the schedule and quotation for the cost, and send it to
the client for approval.
-
We work on
the task given applying the agreed schedule and once completed
upload the files back to the client (through email or FTP).
-
The client
reviews the completed job then confirms acceptance or sends us
revisions if need be for our immediate update.
-
ESI quotes
for the turnaround time and surcharges if any for the revisions or
updates.
-
Once
approval is received via email, revisions are executed. Once done,
ESI will inform the client that revised files are ready for
downloading.
-
Once the
client is satisfied, ESI sends over an electronic invoice to the
client.

How can payments be
made?
When the schedule and
cost are acknowledged, we normally ask 50% down payment and 50% upon
completion and client acceptance of our work.
How is quality
assured?
We implement three
levels of quality checking before sending the job back to our clients.
Our CAD encoders, after completing a certain task, have it plotted and
initially review the drawings per item. Our project coordinators then
check the drawing making sure that all the instructions and standards
given by the client are implemented. Finally experienced project
managers make sure that the drafting standards, instructions, client
standards, and speed versus quality are all met.
