FAQ:
How soon a project can
deliver?
It depends on the
amount of work our client sends, but we can do one day turnarounds if
necessary.
What is the process
flow of the project?
-
Client
sends the project description with complete instructions for our
review and analysis, by email or using a secured FTP (file transfer
protocol) site, to be provided by ESI. We ask for samples similar
in nature and other standards to help us easily understand your
required standards.
-
We do a time
and motion study to determine timeframe and cost.
-
We do an
estimate for the schedule and quotation for the cost, based on time
and motion study and send it to the client for approval.
-
We work on
the task given applying the agreed schedule and once completed
upload the files back to the client (through email or FTP).
-
The client
reviews the completed job then confirms acceptance or sends us
revisions if need be for our immediate update.
-
ESI quotes
for the turnaround time and surcharges if any for the revisions or
updates.
-
Once
approval is received via email, revisions are executed. Once done,
ESI will inform the client that revised files are ready for
downloading.
-
Once the
client is satisfied, ESI sends over an electronic invoice to the
client.

How can payments be
made?
How is quality
assured?
-
For basic
encoding, quality is assured either by double encoding,
proofreading, or a combination of both. The accuracy requirement
that we give is usually 99 percent depending on the client's
requirements.
-
A resource
person may be requested to be present or be available during the
length of the encoding operations. He/she shall also be responsible
for validating/authenticating the records for encoding, before these
are released to the encoder pool.
What if power outages
occurred in Manila area?
We have in our
facility a Perkins 132 kVa generator (backup power source; capable of
running as primary power source), in case power outages occur.
What are your backup
plans in case an unexpected event like fire occurs?
We have a network of
affiliates / alliances to provide redundancies in terms of production
facilities as well as access to technology and other experienced
personnel. Should our main facility be hit by fire or other calamities,
our affiliates which are found in other areas of the capitol as well as
outside the capitol, can absorb the work. As such, our clients'
requirements are continually serviced.
