DATA CONVERSION SERVICES


TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES

  • Essentially a voice to electronic file conversion, we are specialists in medical, legal, media, general business correspondence and the like.

  • Our Medical Transcription process is HIPAA compliant with a 24 hour turnaround time and the standard 98% accuracy.

  • We have a quality assurance program that will guarantee 98% accuracy, whenever possible. Our staff reviews every transcription at two different control levels.

  • In terms of Medical transcription, aside from transcribing, we have also done proofreading and editing of US transcription work for a U.S. based transcription firm.

  • We cover all fields in Medical Transcription and have dealt with University Hospitals in the past as such our Home Transcribers are proficient and experienced.

  • We did work for a US East Coast MTSO servicing three major university hospitals known for their cardiology and elderly care programs and a US North East MTSO servicing cancer centers, nephrology centers and a regional hospital.

  • We do trans-coding, or web-based encoding for an IVR Solutions Provider for 2 major wireless telecommunications companies in the United States.

  • For legal we do correspondence, dispositions and court cases using MORSON's guide for punctuations.

  • For media and general business, we have done lectures, shows, seminars, reports, interviews, phone appointments, phone complaints, in effect most anything clearly recorded.

  • We provide a free but limited trial period.

  • We adopt the standard protocol/parameters you require.  

  • We study your requirements and base our prices on the cost of the product that each client requests.

  • We conduct time and motion studies to determine cost and turn-around time.

  • We work with clients to develop quotes specific to the transcription product specifications and volume of work available to us.

How soon a project can deliver?

It depends on the amount of work our client sends, but we can do one day turnarounds if necessary.  


How is quality assured?

  • Transcription is done at 2 different control levels.

  • We have a quality assurance program that will guarantee 98% accuracy, whenever possible.

  • First level, veteran Transcriptionist (minimum of 4 years experience) types, edit and proofreads the dictation. Quality of report is at 98% based on AAMT standards.

  • Second level, a quality assurance team reviews the transcriptions to ensure there are no errors and does a final check of patient demographics, spelling, grammar and formatting. Quality is monitored regularly. We implement error rating system based on AAMT guidelines.

  • Feedbacks and corrections along with comments and suggestions are given back regularly to transcriptionists to assure improvement.
