Medical Transcription

With our start in Medical Transcription in 2002,  ESI is fully HIPAA compliant, and has access to  personnel with both medical and business processing backgrounds  thereby giving us the capability of providing Back Office support geared towards the Medical Industry. Our Operations Head is a Physical Therapist who has been in the Medical Transcription business for more than 10 years doing not only transcription but also medico legal reports and the like. Our trainor and business development person has had 20 years of US Radiology Technology experience – the last 17 being in the MRI/CT Department in the West Coast Area.

Appointment Setting

Our experience in the Call Center Industry plus our Medical Transcription experience provide the proper foundations for a sound appointment setting service. We currently have virtual assistants servicing the US and our Trainor has trained about 150 plus radiology appointment setters in the US.

3D Stitching

Out head has extensive training and expertise in 3D workstations, working on 3D reconstructions for MRI and CT angiography, including extensive training in 3D surface rendering and 3D volume rendering for boney and vascular applications.

Medical Surveys

As we have the infrastructure and the experience of handling call centers for the not only the US but also Europe and the rest of the world, it is easy for us to get personnel with medical backgrounds to do telephone surveys. Just give us the survey questions and parameters and we can do the calling and the encoding if necessary plus all the necessary filtering if required.

Electronic Medical Records

We can assist in all phases of setting up ones EMR from installation our own EMR system to encoding all past records into any EMR system. Our encoders have medical backgrounds making them suitable for medical encoding.
